  • We fail to deliver your images within the promised 2-3 day timeframe
  • The delivered images do not meet Amazon's technical requirements due to our error

We offer partial refunds or free revisions if:

  • The images don't match your product description or reference photos
  • You're unsatisfied with the design or messaging approach
  • You need changes to specific images after delivery

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if:

  • Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After 24 hours but before work begins: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee
  • After work has begun: No refund, but we'll complete your order as promised

Revision Policy

We include one round of revisions at no additional cost. This covers minor adjustments like text changes, color corrections, or repositioning elements. Major redesigns or changes to the overall concept may incur additional fees.
